    Please be advised if terminating your agreement before the minimum term there will be a cancelation fee that applies to your request that will need to be paid at reception either in person or over the phone before your request can be made plus any outstanding balances on your account. An email will be sent to you to confirm when to pay this fee.
    $299 - more than 12mths remaining
    $249 - more than 6mths but less than 12mths remaining
    $199 or balance of term - less than 6mths remaining
    If you have passed your min term there will be no fee and your 1mth notice will apply as per your Membership Terms and Conditions. An email will confirm your last debit date.
